About this service
The roofline is the frame around your house. When fascias and soffits go grey and green, the whole property looks tired — even when the windows are spotless and the drive is clean.
We clean the roofline with a purpose-made uPVC cleaner and soft-bristle brushes on a water-fed pole, finishing stubborn tide marks by hand. The result is the crisp white edge the house had when the roofline was fitted.

Pre-treatment
A uPVC-safe cleaning solution is applied to lift algae and oxidised grime without bleaching the plastic.

Brush clean
Soft brushes on the water-fed pole work along every run — gutter face, fascia, then soffit — rinsing with pure water.

Hand detailing
Black streaks and tide marks that survive the pole get finished by hand from a secured ladder where needed.

Final rinse
Pure water rinse leaves no residue and no drips down the render or brick below.

Fascias & Soffits questions
We can remove algae, grime and streaking, which is usually most of the discolouration. Deep UV yellowing of very old uPVC is a change in the plastic itself and cannot be cleaned off — we will tell you honestly what to expect at the quote stage.
